Was lucky enough yesterday to see plumes of smoke from Mount Etna in Sicily. Seemingly it’s been active quite a bit recently and this is the fifth eruption this month.

Brilliant advertisement for Nike in Boca Juniors stadium in Buenos Aires

I recently completed my second photobook from my travels. This book is taken from Australia and again we were really happy with the quality of both the Blurb software and the final product.

There’s nothing like a major Football tournament to get some excellent advertisements. Nike – Write the Future Nike’s theme for the World Cup seems to be ‘Write the Future’. I first saw this a couple of months ago on billboards in Buenos Aires. They had the tagline ‘Escribamos Historia‘ in reference to their 1986 World [...]

I’m looking forward to the Bizcamp Dublin event taking place on Saturday the 29th of May. It’s all happening at the Digital Hub and should be a chance to meet some interesting people.

I recently arrived back in Australia as part of a year of travel around the world. Having lived in Melbourne before, I decided to make it my southern hemisphere base for 6 months to gain experience, live in another country and to save for our return leg back to Ireland.

I finally jumped into the world of SLR and picked up a Canon EOS 1000D at the weekend. I hope to go travelling later this year so wanted to comfortable with the camera in the meantime.
